Returns & Exchanges Policy
Please note for reasons of hygiene and personal and public health and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any products/cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used or altered.
If you decide to return or exchange your order we offer free returns within 7 days of purchase.
You can return/exchange your product for credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return/exchange, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request which products you would like to return or exchange.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
